Shipping & delivery policy

Because every kit is shelf-stable, we ship worldwide. All prices are in USD and shown before checkout. Shipping is calculated as a flat standard rate at checkout. We do not ship any perishable or chilled goods.

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. You receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and an update when it is dispatched. Business days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.

• United Kingdom: typically 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
• Europe: typically 4 to 8 business days after dispatch.
• United States, Canada and rest of world: typically 7 to 15 business days after dispatch.
• These are estimates. Carrier and customs handling can add time during busy periods.

We dispatch through established postal and courier services. The carrier receives your delivery address to complete the delivery. Where tracking is available, we include it in your dispatch email.

For international orders, import duties, taxes and any local food-import requirements are the recipient's responsibilityand are not included in the price or shipping. Please check your country's rules on importing ambient food products before ordering. If a parcel is refused or held by customs, see our Refund & Return Policy.

If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or does not arrive, contact support@gooofdun.shop with your order reference. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
